Established in 1912, G.H.Hurt & Son has a long history of making our unique lace knitted baby shawl and adult fashion accessories - of the highest quality - here in our Shawl Factory, Nottingham, England.

G.H.Hurt & Son work with some of the best retailers around the world from luxury department stores to premium local boutiques. We are committed to long-term and mutually beneficial relationships.

We are always open to working with like-minded stockists and retail partners, with a focus on offering high quality products and customer care.

Recipients of the prestigious Queen’s Award for Enterprise, in 2021, for our International Trade, G.H.Hurt & Son is an experienced exporter, offering prompt worldwide delivery on request.

For our existing stockists, we regularly attend major trade shows in New York, Paris and Florence, Italy. We are always delighted to exhibit our current collections and latest innovations if you are able to join us? However, if you unable to travel to shows, we can also email our trade brochures, line sheets and then discuss your requirements via video calls, etc.

We accept applications from online and bricks and mortar retail stores worldwide. Each new stockist request is reviewed and considered on merit, with a view to upholding the quality and values of G.H.Hurt & Son products. Attempting to be fair minded, we also endeavour to ensure new stockists are not next door to our existing stockists and partners.

However, please note, we prefer not to work with retailers that choose to sell through online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Not on the Highstreet, etc.
